We are excited to announce a computer system upgrade program for you! Having fast video editing and animating computers is crucial to our work, and we want to ensure that everyone, in this team, has access to the best tools possible.<\/p>\n
Please note that because you are a contract employee we are not purchasing things for you and retain company ownership. Instead, we are offering additional compensation for your efforts to allow you to buy the tools you need.<\/p>\n
To qualify for this program, you should meet the following conditions:<\/span><\/p>\n To participate in the program, (1) you need to outline and describe what needs to be done to upgrade your system and (2) what it will cost, which can include purchasing a new computer. Since a computer is something you will take with you when you stop working for us, we expect you to help pay for the improved system.<\/span><\/p>\n There are three ways we can help financially:<\/span><\/p>\n The total amount for reimbursement and deduction is always subject for approval. To make a request, please inform the Financial Manager about the product or device you are planning to purchase. The Financial Manager will update you about the status of your request after 3-5 days. For salary deductions, the terms and period of payment may vary depending on what was agreed upon.<\/span><\/p>\n Another way to avail of this program is through rewards\u2014here at Socialize, we value your effort and good performance. <\/span><\/p>\n For every job commended by our client, you can earn a $50 upgrade. You can use it, or keep it until you accumulate the amount you want to upgrade your system. Remember, that Socialize will always be here to help you financially. Meaning, that even if you use your earned credits, financial assistance from Socialize is still available, but the amount is subject for approval.
