I want you to ask yourself a key question: Is Socialize Video the right place for me?<\/strong><\/p>\n At this point you should understand the main overview of our organization, systems, compensation, and most importantly our culture. Sure you may not understand everything perfectly my hope is that you’ve been happily impressed with what you see.<\/p>\n If you’re not, if you don’t like some of the guidelines, or if your concerned whether you can follow our processes, then I would ask you to be open with your mentor in your first meeting. Particularly if you:<\/p>\n Discuss your concerns. If in the past you haven’t done very well with these things and want to change, then they can help! We are all here to progress and get better but if your unwilling then let’s part ways now.<\/p>\n If you are unwilling to follow our policies then not only will you not thrive here but you will receive strikes. For example, if you don’t log your timesheets daily (or within a reasonable amount of time), then you may receive a strike. This is to show you how important these things are.<\/p>\n Once you’ve received 3 strikes<\/strong> we have no choice but to let you go.<\/p>\n If we find that you have been dishonest then we will not give you your final compensation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","yoast_head":"\n\n
