Sure you may not understand everything perfectly my hope is that you&#8217;ve been happily impressed with what you see.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re not, if you don&#8217;t like some of the guidelines, or if your concerned whether you can follow our processes, then I would ask you to be open with your mentor in your first meeting. Particularly if you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dislike having to track your time<\/li>\n<li>Don&#8217;t like having to constantly communicate<\/li>\n<li>Not interested in learn new ways of doing things<\/li>\n<li>Less likely to work well with others<\/li>\n<li>Unable to be honest<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Discuss your concerns. If in the past you haven&#8217;t done very well with these things and want to change, then they can help! We are all here to progress and get better but if your unwilling then let&#8217;s part ways now.<\/p>\n<h3>3 Strike Policy<\/h3>\n<p>If you are unwilling to follow our policies then not only will you not thrive here but you will receive strikes. For example, if you don&#8217;t log your timesheets daily (or within a reasonable amount of time), then you may receive a strike.
