As you join Socialize Video, you won’t be alone. You’ll have others to help you and answer your specific questions.<\/p>\n

Who Are Mentors?<\/h3>\n

For each area in Socialize Video we have mentors. These team members still actively work on projects. They are capable in their skills and also understand our internal processes really well. They may also be helping to shape new processes to in order for us to grow. <\/p>\n

Where Do I Go For Help?<\/h3>\n

So let’s say your stuck and needing help. Who should you work with?<\/p>\n

Your mentor can be your first point of contact. They’ll help you get to know different team members and what their roles are. So if your mentor says, “for that type of question ask [name]” then go to that person for that type of question. <\/p>\n
