Meetings can be a great way to collaborate and work through ideas. At the same time it can be a complete waste of time. We error on the side of not having a meeting and working inside Podio instead of meeting. Missing meetings regularly can jeopardize pay increases and advancements. Here are the typical meetings you’ll be involved in:<\/p>\n
This meeting is to facilitate conversations between project managers and creative team members. You should set an agenda item for this meeting. During this meeting you should make sure you’re up-to-date on your projects and are proactively asking questions for clarifications. <\/p>\n
We also make major announcements as well as discuss process changes. <\/p>\n
Currently we are meeting weekly Wednesday at 7am MST (Utah Time).<\/p>\n
Everyone on a project will meet to discuss ideas and solutions. This maybe how to visually represent the client or perhaps to come up with creative ideas to really help a project stand out. These are scheduled by the project manager at the time that works for everyone. Please be responsive and get back within 24 hours to a meeting request.<\/p>\n
These are meetings that are focused on you and your growth. This is where you can bring up issues, suggest new processes, and discuss new positions or advancements<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","yoast_head":"\n
