Getting Paid – International<\/h4>\n

Our preferred payment is using Wise. You can easily set up an account. For your first payment, you\u2019ll need to provide basic information. There are some cases where just your email address is enough but most require all these fields filled out (see image):<\/p>\n

Setting Up Wise<\/h4>\n

Please completely setup your Wise account so that we can find you just by email. In the video below we go into more detail but within the first min we show how your account can pop up with just your email. Get setup that way please.<\/p>\n

Typically, your first payment will be a partial salary payment. Your payment will most likely be your training salary divided by 30 or 31 days and then multiplied by the days during the period you worked. So if you started and there were 8 days left in the pay period, your daily salary would be multiplied by 8.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s say your training salary is $400 per month and you were hired on August 20. August has 31 days, so there are 11 days left in the pay period. The computation will be:<\/p>\n

($400 \u00f7 31) x 11 = $141.94<\/p>\n

We pay bi-monthly with hours being due on the 1st and the 15th and payments 6+ days after.<\/p>\n
